1Who We Are
Viral Storytelling OS™ is a digital product brand operated by Sanchit, an individual seller and creator based in India. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", "our" refers to Sanchit.
2Information We Collect
When you purchase Viral Storytelling OS™ or any related digital product (including the ₹99 Content + Sales Bundle), we collect:
- First name
- Email address — required for order confirmation and digital product delivery
- Phone number — required for payment processing and customer support
- Payment transaction details processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details at any point.
When you visit our sales or checkout pages, certain tracking technologies may also collect:
- Pages visited, time on page, and referral source (via Facebook Pixel and Meta Conversions API)
- On-page interactions, such as clicking the WhatsApp button
3How We Use Your Information
- Process your order and deliver the digital product to your inbox
- Provide customer support via WhatsApp or email
- Analyse funnel performance and improve our product and pages
- Send transactional emails — order confirmation, download link, and support replies
Marketing emails: We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters. If this changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
4Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Razorpay collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN at any point.
5Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Razorpay — payment gateway. Their privacy policy is available at razorpay.com.
- Meta / Facebook — Facebook Pixel and Conversions API on sales and checkout pages. Their privacy policy is available at facebook.com.
- WhatsApp (Meta-owned) — used only when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
6Cookies and Tracking
Our sales and checkout pages use cookies and similar technologies through the Facebook Pixel to:
- Measure ad performance
- Enable retargeting — you may see our ads again after visiting our pages
- Analyse page behaviour
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from purchasing but may affect how the page behaves.
7Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with:
- Razorpay — to process your payment
- Meta — to measure ad performance (aggregated, not personally identifiable)
- Authorities — if legally required

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide customer support
- Comply with Indian tax and accounting law
- Resolve disputes
If you wish to have your personal data deleted, contact us at the email below. We will action deletion within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for processing

10Children's Privacy
Our products are intended for adults (18+) who run or want to build a content-creator business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of our products after a change means you accept the updated policy.
