2Description of Service
Viral Storytelling OS™ is a digital educational product consisting of frameworks, hooks, templates, workbooks, and bonus resources delivered electronically after purchase. It is a self-study toolkit — not a course with live classes, mentorship, or personalised coaching — unless explicitly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to purchase this product. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4Purchase and Access
Access to the product is granted as described on the product page at the time of purchase. Where the product page states "Lifetime Access", access is granted for as long as we continue to make the product available. We reserve the right to discontinue or update the product at any time, but existing buyers will retain access to whatever they have already downloaded.
You are responsible for keeping your download link, email, and login credentials secure. We are not liable for access issues caused by lost credentials on your end.
5License and Use Restrictions
When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the digital product for your own personal or business content creation. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute the product or any portion of it
- Share, upload, or distribute the product files publicly (including on file-sharing sites, Telegram groups, or Discord servers)
- Reproduce, copy, or duplicate the product for distribution to others
- Modify the product and claim it as your own work
- Use the product or its contents to train any AI model or machine-learning system
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access and possible legal action.
6Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, hooks, templates, designs, text, graphics, and code in this product are the intellectual property of Sanchit and are protected under Indian copyright law. "Viral Storytelling OS™" is a trademark of Sanchit. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
7Refunds
All sales are final. Because this is a digital product with instant access and immediate delivery, we do not offer refunds once your order is confirmed. Please review the product description and FAQ carefully before purchasing.

8Pricing and Taxes
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any platform fees charged by Razorpay. As an individual seller, we do not currently charge GST separately on purchases. Any tax obligations arising from your purchase are governed by the laws of India.
We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
9Third-Party Services
To deliver the product and process payments, we rely on third-party services including:

- Meta / Facebook — analytics and ad measurement (terms at facebook.com)
- FlexiFunnels — platform hosting our sales, checkout, and delivery pages
By using our product, you also agree to the terms and policies of these third parties as they apply to you.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or platform-related outcome from using the product.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the product at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete any copies you have downloaded (other than what you have personally applied to your content).
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
14Dispute Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute, please contact us first at the email below so we can try to resolve it informally. We will attempt to respond within 14 days.
15Changes to These Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
